Q. How long will it take to receive my item after purchasing on your site?

A. Most pieces will take between 5 to 10 working days delivery. Please note that some pieces (only occasionally) may take up to 2 weeks delivery due to the bespoke nature, but of course I will let you know.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. Should you not be happy with your purchase please return it to me within 7 working days, insuring it has not been worn and is in its original packaging. On receipt I will exchange the item or give you a refund.
For health and hygiene reasons I am unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings.

Q. What should I do if my jewellery breaks?

A. At Sparkle we know accidents do happen, if a piece of my hand made jewellery breaks and you believe it can be repaired email me at; info@sparklebykylee.com (subject to fees and postage and packaging).

Q. I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still purchase from your site?

A. Absolutely, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our site. Once you checkout, you’ll be taken to the secure Paypal site where you can either sign into your Paypal account or provide your Credit Card details.
